Customer Service
Placement = Banobagi & Woori Plastic Surgery Clinic – Sanur, Bali
We are looking for a friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented Customer Service staff member to assist patients at our Korean beauty and plastic surgery clinic in Bali. You will answer patient inquiries, explain our services, guide them through the consultation and booking process, and keep patient information organized and up to date in our CRM system.
Job Description
- Respond to patient messages quickly, clearly, and politely.
- Explain clinic services, procedures, prices, and consultation steps.
- Help potential patients understand our services and encourage them to book consultations or procedures.
- Arrange consultation schedules and coordinate appointment availability with the medical team.
- Follow up with patients who have not booked or confirmed their appointments.
- Update patient information in the CRM system, including:
- Appointments and schedule changes
- Patient details and inquiry history
- Payment status, including deposits and final payments
- Consultation results and treatment plans
- Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and the operations team to provide accurate information.
- Ensure confirmed patients are properly handed over to the clinic team with complete records.
- Support daily operations at the Sanur branch and handle other duties assigned by management.
- Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
- Good spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to communicate clearly, politely, and professionally through messages.
- Able to use CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data entry tools accurately.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to encourage bookings.
- At least one year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in Sanur, Bali.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good spoken and written English.
- Korean language skills.
- Experience in a clinic, beauty, medical tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Experience handling customer inquiries through chat or social media, or working in sales.
- Experience using a CRM system.
