About the Position
We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Support Manager to handle customer communications, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery and post-delivery support.
This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Daily availability: 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Bali Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp.
- Receive, process, and manage customer orders.
- Operate the company's internal Telegram tools.
- Monitor and process incoming orders from the application.
- Coordinate and forward orders for fulfillment and delivery.
- Update product availability and catalog information in both the application and WhatsApp on a daily basis.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide support throughout the order process.
- Handle post-delivery requests, including missing items, product substitutions, and order clarifications.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to respond promptly and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Basic English proficiency (sufficient for using translation tools and understanding customer messages).
- Proficient in using WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Stable and reliable internet connection.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage.
Workload
Average of 20–30 customer inquiries per day.
