Requirements:
- S1 in any major (Financial Management background is a plus)
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience in Customer Support handling financial requests
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy when data-handling and processing funds.
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems, e-money operations, or virtual account management is a major plus.
- Able to work diligently with routine reports in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient to use Ms Excel and filters and Analyze data
- Typing skill
Job Description
- Validate and process the refund requests accurately and timely according to the specified SLA
- Handle and execute requests for fund adjustments initiated by the users and internal operations teams
- Monitor and maintain balance across multiple operational Virtual Accounts (VAs)
- Prepare and generate comprehensive Daily-Weekly-monthly reports regarding total requests, fund utilization and balance tracking for all managed Virtual Accounts
