Customer Support & Content Moderator Intern (Paid & WFH)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Curate and monitor activities, transactions and contents posted by creators in SociaBuzz platform to ensure they comply with our terms & conditions
• Take necessary actions regarding activities, transactions and contents that violates our terms & conditions (actions such as: removing content, send email to creators, etc.)
• Help answers questions from creators/users via email, messaging platform & social media

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day:
• [Mandatory] During non-business days (starts anytime): Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, joint holidays (cuti bersama)
• During regular business days (starts 15.00 WIB or later): remaining days minus the days used on non-business days
• For example: 2 non-business days (Saturday, Sunday), 3 business days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Available for 6 months full-time internship
• Fluent in English, proactive, self-motivated, self disciplined
