- Listing Inbound and Outbound clients
- Drive a ‘customer first approach’ to inbound and outbound management
- Be the front line of the company by responding to customers requests, questions, or concerns via live chats, originating from overseas clients
- Provide customers about product and service Information
- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
- Proven experience in customer success or customer operation, or a related field would be preferred
- Experience in responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts, in terms of the use of products and customer experiences
- An approachable, open-minded personality with great interpersonal and communication skill
