Location: Remote-based role

Target Audience: Singapore Market

Kopi Date is on a mission to help people build healthy, meaningful relationships. As part of the Customer Success & Operations, you'll play a central role in shaping how our members experience Kopi Date: from their very first onboarding call to becoming long-term, engaged members.

Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding - from conducting consultative sales, guiding members, to finding ways to improve our experience and help drive retention and growth.

You'll be part of a small but talented team of executing leaders: people who take ownership, drive ideas forward, and make a real impact on something that matters.

What You'll Do:

- Run consultative sales calls with new members: welcoming them to Kopi Date, setting expectations, and making them feel excited about their journey with us

- Provide thoughtful customer support: be the person our members trust when they need help, with clear and timely communication and advise while handling and realigning dis-satisfications

- Drive member retention: build relationships with members, follow up proactively, and create moments of delight that keep them engaged

- Improve how we operate: spot gaps in the member experience and work with the team to fix them

- Support growth: You'll help prospective and existing members see the value of Kopi Date through genuine relationship-building and persuasion
