Sucor Sekuritas is hiring for Customer Service Admin (PIK Branch Office).
Role Description
- Handle inquiries, requests, and customer administration professionally.
- Assist with account opening, data updates, and follow up on customer needs.
- Manage, archive, and ensure the completeness of customer documents.
- Prepare operational reports, handle correspondence, emails, and internal admin.
- Support the administrative needs of the Sales and Relationship Manager teams.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding customer needs and branch operations.
- Greet and serve guests/customers and support smooth daily branch operations.
- Assist in organizing meetings, seminars, and other branch activities.
- Ensure all administration aligns with SOPs, regulations, and KYC procedures.
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of customer data.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in administration or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be placed at the PIK branch office, Jakarta.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including customer service and customer support.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling data and documentation.
