Job Description:
Resolve customers complaints via telephone, email, letter, or social media
Educate customers about products and services
Assist division head to schedule technicians field work
Responsible for all administrative work of the assigned division
Coordinate with external parties (customers) and internal teams (field technician)
Record and document daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Monitor internet network quality system
Qualifications:
· Min. Bachelor in Any Major
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· Able to communicate in English, verbal and written
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suites, especially Excel
· Thorough, friendly, and able to coordinate well with various parties
· Willing to work shifts
