Customer Service – Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service through all communication channels (chat, email, phone, social media).
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, order status, product information, and after-sales support.
Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge to ensure accurate and effective customer assistance.
Handle customer issues and escalate cases when necessary to the appropriate department.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quick solutions and clear communication.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, marketing) to ensure smooth customer experience.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
Follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards to ensure consistent service quality.
Work under pressure during peak seasons and handle high volumes of inquiries.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
Must be willing to commit to a minimum 1-year work contract.
Honest and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Proactive and able to take initiative without always being directed.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong product knowledge and willingness to continuously learn about new products.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
Preferably has experience in customer service (but not mandatory).
