Five Points International Trade Co., Ltd. was established in October 2017. It is a fast-growing modern trading company with apparel and home textile fabrics as the leading factor and focusing on brand strategic marketing. The company is headquartered in Zhejiang, China, and has branches in Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia. It provides agency sales of fabrics of origin textiles in Southeast Asia and agency procurement services of materials for clothing brands.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and order status.
- Follow up with customers and support the achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Assist the Home Textile Department in preparing and arranging the shipment of fabric samples and color cards to customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and sample deliveries.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and sales performance.
- Find customers who can buy our products
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Administration is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Willing to work 6-days a week from the office
