Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication; identify opportunities to suggest relevant products when appropriate.
- Collect and share customer feedback with management to help improve products and overall customer experience
Job Qualification
- Min diploma degree or equivalent
- Min 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Familiar and have interest in beauty industry
- Having good interpersonal skills and willing to learn new things
- Willing to work from Mangga Besar
