Job Qualifications :
- Minimum education from Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from Hospitality (other disciplines will also be considered)
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the optical industry (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, having passion for the optical field is an advantage.
- Proficient in everyday English communication for the workplace.
- Familiar with order entry and processing systems and customer oriented.
- Willing to be based in Badung, Bali.
Job Description :
- Assist and respond to customers in person.
- Welcome customers and guide them in finding information or suitable lens frames.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist customers with the order process, including order confirmation and delivery details.
- Record and update order information in the Odoo system.
- Update and track order status from processing to completion.
