We are currently looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
Job Descriptions:
- Manage domestic and international hotel reservations from a travel agent or corporate
- Provide fast service in answering customer queries via phone, emails, and chat
- Investigate customer issues to find root cause, and offer solutions
- Confidence to follow up with hotels for room availability
Requirements:
- Work opportunity in Yogyakarta
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Preferably fluent in English for conversation with overseas travel agents, hotels, and suppliers
- Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience as Reservation Staff
- Have a background on Travel industry or Hotelier will be an advantage
- Willing to work in weekly shifts including on weekends/Public Holidays as per the shift.
