Founded in 2007 by designer Sri Luce-Rusna, Tulola Designs began as a small studio where one-of-a-kind pieces were created with care and passion. Today, we continue to honor this legacy while expanding our reach and impact. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali. This role is essential to maintaining the high level of service and personal connection that defines our brand, and we are excited to find someone who shares our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The representative will also assist with order processing, product information, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers are key to success in this position. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering personalized service that reflects the values of Tulola Designs.

We are looking for a female candidate with an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Candidates should possess strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, customer support, customer relationship management, and effective communication. While experience is important, we also value a friendly and approachable personality, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in working within a creative and dynamic environment.
