- Assist customers with membership inquiries, product knowledge, and program offerings.
- Actively engage in promoting fitness programs and products to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and guiding members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Help create a safe and enjoyable environment for kids in our fitness programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Ola Fit Club’s products and services to confidently sell memberships, wellness products, and other offerings.
- Build lasting relationships with members, helping them feel supported in their fitness journeys and encouraging long-term engagement.
- Communicate effectively with members and potential clients to address any questions, concerns, or needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote retention by offering personalized service and follow-up.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sell and promote products and memberships with confidence and enthusiasm.
- A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude toward helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
