What You'll Do
- Manage domestic and international hotel reservations for travel agents and corporate clients.
- Provide prompt and professional support by answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
- Communicate and follow up confidently with hotels to check room availability and resolve reservation-related issues.
- Build positive working relationships with our international travel partners and suppliers.
What We're Looking For
A Diploma (D3) or higher in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations or a related role.
- Good conversational English skills to communicate with overseas travel agents, hotels, and suppliers is a must.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in the travel or hotel industry will be a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotating weekly shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the assigned schedule.
