Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for English and Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to propose service improvements.
- Assist in translating documents or product/service information as needed.
- Support onboarding and training for new customer service team members.
Requirements:
1–3 years of customer relations or client service experience.
Strong command of Mandarin (both Simplified and Traditional, if applicable) and English.
Proven ability to handle customer issues independently and professionally.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer-first mindset and conflict resolution skills.
