Customer Support Representative (Phone Calls / Live Chat/ Emails)
About Us
We are an international e-commerce company specializing in computer accessories such as keyboards, mice, and other related products. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team and provide excellent service to our global customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries and resolving issues via telephone, email, and online chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and proper resolution of customer requests.
- Document interactions and ensure all customer communications are handled efficiently and courteously.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (English-speaking environment preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English, especially in speaking.
- Willing to work on night shift, rotating schedule and on Saturdays (Since we are an international company, we also need to schedule shifts based on business needs)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
