Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer service PT Unitek Timur Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Have more than 1 year experience (in Financial Technology Industry is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Proficiency in English both writing and verbal
- Able to work under pressure, good communication skill, and able to swiftly create solution after coordinating with customer
- Having a good communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work in fast moving Industry (financial service/payment solutions)
- Carry out duties as customer service in accordance with established SOPs to maintain customer loyalty and comfort for example : solving email/ WhatsApp / online call complaints, immediate response with related department to guarantee Customer problems are solved.
- Collecting and managing information, customer complaints to be used as company analysis.
- To have deep understanding on the Product and itsflow, comprehend any changes regarding the product in a timely manner, and cooperate with the product department in product testing and other tasks.
- Manage document administration and document filling properly and neatly
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly report
- Undertake and execute another task assigned by the superintendent
- Maintain the confidentiality of documents and data
