- Qualification :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline, additional qualifications in customer service are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- Problem solving ability with a focus on finding practical solutions to customer issues
- Proficiency with computer systems and Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
