- Inquiry management (inbound and outbound): Provide support to our users by answering their questions in a proactive, clear and efficient way
- Handle user queries: Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and limit the risks of user dissatisfaction
- Understand and follow the company procedures: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Acts as an ambassador to users by providing exceptional customer service through contact such as calls, chats and emails.
- A go-getter and problem solver mindset to proactively customize solution for each user needs
- Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately within our customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to keep up with a highly dynamic and operational environment
- Bachelor's degree in any field or college experience preferred
- Previous experience at least 1 year in service and customer support
- Having experience in Tech/Fintech Company would be a plus
- Fluency in English would be an advantage
