- Exceptional skills in customer and complaint handling
- Communicative, patient, and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Prior experience in hospitality or tourism in advantageous
Responsibilities
- Daily customers interaction and support
- Resolution of complaints and inquiries
- Process and manage booking reservations and confirmations
- Maintain accurate record of client bookings
- Coordinate with Travel Consultants and relevant departements
- Perform general administrative tasks related to Customer Service
Maintain CUstomer Service records for client interactions
