Job Title: Customer Service

Department: Operations / Front of House
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, well-presented, and highly communicative Community Officer to manage the front-of-house experience for both our photo studio and gym facility. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the ground level, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and members.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both administrative processes and guest interactions in a professional, Western-standard service style.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Ground Operations Oversight
- Monitor and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk and ground floor area Act as the first point of contact for all guests, clients, and members Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness of studio spaces and gym facilities Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in all front-facing areas
- Client & Membership Administration
- Handle booking inquiries and reservations for photo studio services Manage gym membership registrations, renewals, and related documentation Ensure all administrative processes (contracts, forms, payments) are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain organized and up-to-date client and member records
Customer Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and attentive approach Deliver a high-standard service experience aligned with Western hospitality practices Anticipate client needs and provide tailored support during their visit Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and effective problem-solving
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbal and written Liaise with photographers, trainers, and operational staff to ensure seamless service delivery Provide clear information to clients regarding services, pricing, schedules, and policies
Community Engagement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and gym members Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits and loyalty Support community-building initiatives, events, or activations when needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or community management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools is a plus
