JOB VACANCY: Customer Service & Sales Assistant
We are a premium baby and kids’ bedding and sleepwear brand based in Surabaya (since 2017). We’re looking for someone warm, detail-oriented, and who enjoys meeting people to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
Serve customers via chat (WhatsApp and marketplace): product questions, sizing, stock, complaints, and order follow-ups
Input and check orders, and coordinate with the warehouse and packing teams
Work as a sales assistant at exhibitions, bazaars, and events, both in and out of town: welcoming and assisting visitors, explaining products, supporting transactions, and keeping the booth display in order
Report sales results and customer feedback to the CS Leader
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), any major
Communicative, polite, and patient with customers
Comfortable with WhatsApp, marketplaces, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
Willing to work on weekends/holidays during events and willing to travel out of town
Detail-oriented and quick, especially with numbers and order data
Based in Surabaya and surrounding areas
Plus: customer service experience, familiarity with baby and kids’ products
