We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented, and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the automotive industry.
- Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and after-sales support.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Communication, Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, or a similar role; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle maintenance processes, and after-sales services is an advantage.
- Willing to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
