• Take inbound calls or email inquiries from customers or clients.
• Assist them, in Indonesian/English language, regarding our product and service.
• Must meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of activities in solving problems, requests from clients and/or if any actions taken.
• Handle customer/client's complaints, claims and queries.
• Doing any requested tasks as ordered by user.
