Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service Staff Pt. Premiere Beaute Kosmetik

Requirements :

Minimum SMA or SMK
Experiences in Customer Service, preferably in E-Commerce
Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectations.
Must Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
Willing to WFO at Elang Laut, PIK - North Jakarta
Willing to do Overtime

Responsibilities :

Handle customer complaints and any special cases
Responsible in replying customer chats (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok)
Work with internal department to meet Customer's needs
Understand the customers needs for the products

Furthermore, we are going to develop product lines of beauty make-up, and we are totally prepared for that with excellent team and technique.
