What you’ll be doing:
Take care of customers by providing top-notch support via email, phone, and our Service Desk
Multi-task on a variety of web-based tools simultaneously to efficiently and effectively address customer inquiries
Ensure the Knowledge base is up to date, contributing with relevant content
What you should have:
1+ year of experience in customer service, or customer-facing role
Passion for delivering a great customer experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving skills, a “detective” mindset, and a curious nature
Passion for supporting others through a patient and empathetic approach
A desire and willingness to improve upon your skills and knowledge
Able to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and priorities.
Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems and software quickly.
Motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and productivity
