Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service Specialist – Import/Export Logistics (Mandarin) PT SINCERE LOGISTICS INDONESIA
Job Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Daily Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese clients, responding to business inquiries, following up on orders, and handling after-sales issues to maintain strong client relationships;
2. Shipment Tracking & Updates: Monitor cross-border logistics orders end-to-end, track shipment status in real time, proactively update clients on delivery progress, and promptly handle exceptions such as lost packages, delays, and damages;
3. Internal Coordination: Liaise with Chinese colleagues and domestic supply chain teams, coordinate upstream and downstream resources to ensure information synchronization and smooth business operations;
4. Quotation & Pricing: Provide logistics solutions and quotations based on client requirements, answer cost-related questions, and support the business team in client acquisition and retention;
5. Billing & Reconciliation: Prepare client invoices on a regular basis, verify cost details, and follow up on payment collection matters;
6. Bilingual Translation & Documentation: Handle oral and written translation between Chinese and Indonesian, and organize business materials, order reports, and client records;
7. Perform other logistics and international trade related tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
1. Language Skills (Must-have): Native speaker of Indonesian with fluent Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to communicate bilingually without barriers and independently handle business communication, document translation, and client negotiations;
2. Work Experience (Must-have): Relevant work experience in the logistics industry or international import-export trade; familiar with cross-border logistics processes, trade order management, and overseas client after-sales handling;
3. Proficient in office software and communication tools; detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, with strong service awareness and communication & negotiation skills;
4. Committed to the cross-border logistics and international trade industry; stable, responsible, and a team player.
