Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service (Spanish Language) PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

 Handle first-contact support from homeowners and installers

 Run guided troubleshooting, collect error codes, serial numbers, and photos/videos

 Create and document cases in Freshdesk and company's internal portal

 Escalate to Tier 2 with a complete handoff when needed

Job Requirements :

 Educational Background Min D3

 Fluent in written English and Spanish

 At least 2 years of technical customer service experience, ideally with home energy storage or battery products

 Good at explaining technical stuff in simple words, and comfortable following troubleshooting scripts

 Can multitask in a fast-paced setting
