Customer Service & Reservation Officer

At EasyRent Bali, we don't just rent carsβwe create seamless journeys for travelers from around the world. We're looking for a friendly, fast, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Reservation Officer who loves communicating with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.

β¨ What You'll Do
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Manage vehicle reservations accurately and efficiently.
Confirm bookings, send reminders, and assist customers before, during, and after their rental.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure every booking runs smoothly.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Update booking schedules and customer data in the system.
Promote additional products and services such as insurance, Wi-Fi, SIM/eSIM, tours, baby seats, and more.
Prepare booking documents, invoices, and daily operational reports.
Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat customers.
β We're Looking For Someone Who
Has excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Is friendly, proactive, and customer-focused.
Has strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Is comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and reservation systems.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, or car rental is a plus.

6 working days per week
1 weekday off
Available Shifts
- Shift 1: 06:00 β 15:00
- Middle Shift: 10:00 β 19:00
- Shift 2: 14:00 β 23:00
