Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service Representative - Mandarin & Indonesia Speaker Language Talent Solutions

Position: Customer Service Consultant - Mandarin & Indonesian speaker

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (must be willing to move to Malaysia)

Salary: RM 4200 (total package)

Working hours: 7AM - 12AM (8hrs shift), 5 days a week (Monday - Sunday)

Planned start date: January 2024

Job Description:

  • Research customer problems and deliver solutions
  • Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting service standards
  • Respond to 60-70 emails, calls and chats per day andresponse to customer inquiries
  • Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
  • Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
  • Work as part of the team to ensure the program floor is a positive and professional environment.
  • Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required.

Requirement:

  • Able to speak, read an write in English, Indonesian & Mandarin.
  • Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience.
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia
