Position: Customer Service Consultant - Mandarin & Indonesian speaker
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (must be willing to move to Malaysia)
Salary: RM 4200 (total package)
Working hours: 7AM - 12AM (8hrs shift), 5 days a week (Monday - Sunday)
Planned start date: January 2024
Job Description:
- Research customer problems and deliver solutions
- Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting service standards
- Respond to 60-70 emails, calls and chats per day andresponse to customer inquiries
- Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
- Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
- Work as part of the team to ensure the program floor is a positive and professional environment.
- Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required.
Requirement:
- Able to speak, read an write in English, Indonesian & Mandarin.
- Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience.
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia
