Job Description
Handle customer service for motorcycle rental processes, including unit check-in and check-out.
Explain rental requirements, pricing, terms, and vehicle usage policies to customers clearly.
Conduct pre-rental and post-rental inspections to ensure motorcycle readiness and condition.
Record rental transactions, payments, and daily administrative data accurately.
Arrange unit scheduling to ensure availability according to bookings.
Coordinate with mechanics regarding maintenance, repairs, and unit condition updates.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental operation area.
Ensure customers receive clear information and smooth service throughout the rental process.
Monitor unit readiness and assist in operational coordination as needed.
Support daily rental operations to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Keep administrative records organized and up to date.
Perform other rental support tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
Minimum high school/vocational school education or equivalent.
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Able to operate computers and familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Experience in rental services, automotive, or customer service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of motorcycles and light vehicle inspection is preferred.
Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented.
Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Able to use a computer or smartphone for simple data entry and administration.
Willing to work in shifts and in operational/field settings.
Active SIM C is an advantage.
