Job description for Customer Service Officer at The Swim Starter
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing call and text center support related to customer inquiries. He/She is required to communicate and liaise with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and manage the Customer Service Team.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1st level operation support and troubleshooting on IT related problems / requests / enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, remote access, email and social media
Performs call and manage whatsapp
Coordinate with internal and external customers/partners to fulfill delivery of services for efficient and effective support
Contribute to process documentation and ops improvement
Job Requirement
Diploma in IT or related discipline
ITE candidates with relevant experience may also apply
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in helpdesk call center and support service environment. Fresh graduates interested in customer service can apply too
Good command of verbal and written English
Must be self-motivated, a team player, committed and demonstrate effective learning skills
Must have personal passion in mobile applications, technology, computers and people
5 days work per week. 4 weekdays and 1 weekends (WFH on weekends)
