- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping or logistics
- Able to read and communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
