Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative, operational, and management functions of the Learning Centre.
- Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the centre.
- Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for students and parents.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Schedule classes and manage timetables effectively.
- Respond to and manage customer inquiries and requests promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students.
- Manage the expectations of both parents and students.
- Handle front desk and administrative duties as needed.
- Uphold the professional standards of the Learning Centre as set by headquarters.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong sales abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in an enjoyable and vibrant work environment.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and listening in English.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
