We are now seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Mandarin Speaker.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through outbound calls and help desk interactions. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide accurate and timely solutions, while also leveraging your problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering superior service.
To succeed in this position, candidates should hold an Associate Degree and have between 1 to 3 years of experience in call center, help desk, or customer service roles. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in customer relationship management are essential. Fluency in Mandarin is required, along with proficient English communication skills.
