Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service Mandarin Speaker PT Danora Agro Prima

We are now seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Mandarin Speaker.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through outbound calls and help desk interactions. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide accurate and timely solutions, while also leveraging your problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering superior service.

To succeed in this position, candidates should hold an Associate Degree and have between 1 to 3 years of experience in call center, help desk, or customer service roles. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in customer relationship management are essential. Fluency in Mandarin is required, along with proficient English communication skills. We seek individuals who can demonstrate outstanding customer service and relationship-building capabilities.

Established in 2005, PT. Danora Agro Prima – a member of Danora Group - is a company actively engaged in cocoa beans processing and trading. Bringing in an extensive and insightful experience, the founder and several management members have been in the business of beans trading and cocoa beans processing since the mid-1990s.

A long experience and involvement in cocoa beans trading and processing since mid-1990s, the Company’s founders decided to acquire a cocoa processing factory located in: Jatake Industrial Estate Tangerang, ± 40 km in distance from Indonesia’s capital city, Jakarta.

The Company’s decision to acquire and to operate its own factory is a monumental milestone for our business. Not only it significantly contributes to the Company’s business direction and development, it also put the Company as a force to be reckoned with in the Indonesian food industry, particularly in the cocoa processing industry.
