Our client is a well-established company specializing in maritime transportation and logistics services, handling cargo operations, vessel coordination, and end-to-end shipping solutions.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding shipping documents, pricing, cargo types, laycan, demurrage, laytime, and procedures
- Prepare SPAL (Shipping Contract)
- Create Shipping Instructions (SI)
- Coordinate with Operations team for vessel movement updates
- Coordinate with Finance team for invoicing and payments
- Confirm billing and payment invoices with clients and vessel owners
- Update shipment tracking data
- Handle tasks assigned directly by management
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- open for Indonesia-based candidates only 🇮🇩
- SMA / Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Mandarin & English (spoken & written)
- Minimum HSK Level 4
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
