Job Responsibilities:
Assist in answering customer inquiries via email, online chats, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and basic solutions to customer concerns under supervision
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times
Coordinate with team members to ensure customer issues are properly followed up and resolved
Assist in documenting customer interactions and updating internal records
Support the Customer Service team with daily operational tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Undergraduate students (preferably in their final year) or fresh graduates from any major
Good command of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada is a plus
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months
Willing to work on Saturdays based on business needs is a plus
