Cerah combines human tutors, AI-driven content recommendation, grammar analysis and gamification to solve the problem of learning English for good, reducing the time required from years to weeks.
Our company grew 500% YoY in 2021, with customers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and the US, and now we're looking for a Spanish-speaking customer service / sales specialists to continue to expand the business in Spain and Latin America.
We look forward to meeting an empathetic, enthusiastic, cheerful person, with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen, open to feedback, resourceful and capable when working independently. In this role, you will be instrumental in growing our business in Spain / Latam as well as in Indonesia. You will have the opportunity to learn skills in social media and advertising and, as the point of contact with our customers, will also have an important role giving input to our engineers to improve the design of our product.
Please note that this role requires the ability to speak Spanish.
We're open to hiring recent graduates with little experience, as long as the above sounds exciting to you, you have the skills mentioned, and are sharp and eager to learn.
This is a fully remote role, so you will be able to work from anywhere with a good internet connection.
