PT. Kemasindo Cepat Nusantara—a subsidiary of KECE Group—was established in 1997 to serve Indonesia's increasing demand for international supply chain movements. Kemasindo is one of the leading international freight forwarding and project logistics companies delivering one-stop supply chain solutions throughout Indonesia. This position is for our branch office located in Jakarta Utara.
What we're looking for :
-Have work experience as an import staff minimun 1-2 years.
-Have knowledge related to Import flow.
-Familiar with Manifes
-Have worked in a Freight Forwarding company.
-Proficient in English
-Able to work independently, teamwork well and able to work under pressure.
-Effective interpersonal and relationship skills.
-Excellent communication.
-Have knowledge in export import & documents.
-Have experience in input PIB/ PEB.
What you'll be doing:
-Handling and checking import or shipping documents.
-Creating Manifes.
-Manage daily booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc and communicate with sales owner to get shipping instruction.
-Arrange booking and get booking confirmation from allocated carriers.
-Rate quotation for general inquiry (if needed)
-Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service
-Billing checking, confirmation with overseas, send pre-alert
-Coordinating over the phone with vendors, customers, and agents
-Handling and checking invoice, PIB, B/L.
-Be responsible for follow up and complete the assigned shipments, the daily work within the team, sales support, ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties.
-Other works arranged by direct supervisor or manager.
-Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report
-Receive complaints from customers related to Sea freight forwarding services from import customers
