PT. Triyasa Cipta Transport is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Import/Export

Job Description

  • Monitor and manage email correspondence with overseas agents, customers, shipping lines, and other related parties
  • Prepare and submit import/export customs documentation through the CEISA 4.0 system, including PIB (Import Declaration) and PEB (Export Declaration)
  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure smooth import operations from origin to final delivery
  • Review and monitor shipping documents, including :
  1. Bill of Lading (BL)
  2. Delivery Order (DO)
  3. Notice of Arrival (NOA)
  4. Commercial Invoice
  5. Packing List
  6. Other supporting documents
  • Provide regular shipment updates and excellent customer service to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agents, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
  • Resolve operational and documentation issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Customs Brokerage (PPJK).
  • Proficient in operating CEISA 4.0 and preparing PIB & PEB documents.
  • Strong understanding of import procedures and shipping documentation.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, especially via email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: IDR 5,000,000 – IDR 5,500,000 per month
  • Lunch provided by the company
