Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service - Frontliner (offline) - DENPASAR PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
- Clear articulation in speaking with friendy tone and smiley voice.
- D3/S1 with minimum 2.75 GPA
- Experienced in Customer Service role,
- Accustomed in working with target and in a fast-pace environment
- Accustomed in operationg CS Software/or CRM Software would be preffered.
- Familiar in communication using socmed platform (soc med chat), web based, direct communication to customers (by phone or face-to-face communication)
- Eperience in selling/upselling/cross-selling would be preffered
- Typing skills minimum 50 WPM with minimum accuracy 90%
- Attention to details are very important. Basic of MS Excel
- Willing to work in shifting mode/schedule.(morning-afternoon-night)
- Vaccinated minimum 2 doses
- Check, verify and validate drivers data (registration)
- Guide our consumers and partners in using our products, introduce promotion
- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners
- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
- Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our consumers and partners
