Job Descriptions :
1. Request rates from carriers, co-loaders, agents, and quote transport services to clients according to their inquiries and needs
2. Communicate with all external and internal partners, as well as customers, to ensure smooth transport arrangements
3. Build good relationships and communication with customers and all employees
4. Manage shipping documents and ensure compliance with international regulations
5. Track shipments and provide updates to customers and stakeholders
6. Improve shipping processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction
7. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major related to the field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as Customer Service / Pricing in a freight forwarding company
3. Familiar with export/import processes, domestic logistics, and freight forwarding is advantageous
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written and Mandarin is a plus
5. Able to learn quickly, with good communication and negotiation skills
6. Nice personality, full of initiative, and good appearance
7. Able to work with a team
8. Willing to join ASAP
