- Handle Inquiry and complaint from customer
- Educate customers on products, services, policies, and procedures to ensure clear understanding and proper issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring customer issues and providing feedback to enhance service processes.
- Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and resolutions within internal systems and databases
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree from any major, min. 6 months or 1-year experience as a customer service.
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
- English skill (written and spoken), handle customer from overseas
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is key when interacting with customers to collect necessary solution
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues and make decisions regarding customer issues
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with KYB software, databases, and other tools used for identity verification and risk assessment.
- Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service while following procedures, handling inquiries, and addressing customer concerns professionally.
- Time Management: Efficient handling time
