Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service Export-Import (EXIM) - JAKARTA & SURABAYA PT Bina Inti Logistik (BIL)
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: Min. Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Transportation / Logistics Management preferred).
- Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in CS & Exim documentation preferred.
- Language: Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken).
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Competencies: Detail-oriented, honest, fast learner, strong communication & problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Act as a solution-oriented communication bridge between the company, clients, and third parties regarding the EXIM process.
- Handle and process critical shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Manifest) accurately and on time.
- Create periodic reports related to export & import documentation.
- Ensure smooth administrative processes and shipment status updates in compliance with regulations
