Job description

- Handle incoming calls

- Conduct customer identity verification in accordance with security and compliance procedures

- Handle requests for changes and updates related to banking facilities and customer data

- Participate in specific programs and other requests requiring bank verification

- Deliver service excellence to handled customers

- Maintain confidentiality of customer data

- Achieve assigned KPI targets

- Povide product and service education during the verification process

- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or service upgrades"

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) any Major, GPA min 3.00

Good communication

Experience working in Banking Industry/call center industry
