Customer Service Engineer

1. To achieve Customer Satisfaction through Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
2. Conduct proper & effective instrument installation.
3. Help customers in applying the best solution to the instrument's problems.
4. Cooperate with other divisions in sharing information related to instrument problems concerning customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

1. Min. SMK in Electronic / Instrumentation / Chemical Analysis / Pharmacy.
2. Experience in operating or servicing LC / GC / Spectrophotometry.
3. Understanding of Indonesian electrical system is an advantage.
4. Able to operate the computer, min. Microsoft Office package and email function.
5. Willing to travel anywhere in Indonesia.
6. Max. 27 years of age, any gender.
