Menangani segala bentuk yang berhubungan dengan customer di marketplace (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Zalora, etc), WhatsApp
Jam operasional Senin - Jumat di kantor, sabtu minggu everywhere
Menggunakan Bahasa ramah & profesional, tidak menggunakan singkatan
Handle complain customer (barang rusak/salah kirim/hilang/belum sampai) dan follow up ke pihak terkait
Membalas review customer di halaman product
KPI : Respons rate >95%, Rating Marketplace >4.8
