Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service E-Commerce PT SOLAR ORCHID INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
1. Serve customers in answering questions asked by customers and provide informations quickly and accurately (such as regarding the products details, the ingredients and the benefits, also the various obstacles in the buying process) using a polite and friendly comunication style;
2. Fostering good relationships with customers, so that customers feel satisfied and building the trust;
3. As a communicator for customers who accomodate various kinds of complaints, criticisms, and suggestions;
4. Monitor customer complaints and provide assistance
5. Analyse issues and resolve complaints concern in an accurate, timely, empathetic and professional manner;
6. Handle customers via WhatsApp, social media, and another platforms;
7. Contribute to service excellence by achieving set KPIs in productivity and quality
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum D3 or Bachelor degree in any major;
2. Fresh graduate is welcome, or having experience as Customer Service is preffered;
3. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented, a team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn;
4. Have a good logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
5. Familiar with help desk software and remote support tools;
